Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, communicating with us, or making a venue reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or proceed with booking services.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information, venue discovery, gallery viewing, service information, and booking enquiries. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy content unlawfully, or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is officially confirmed only after AMC Group and Hospitality receives the required advance payment and issues an official confirmation notice, receipt, bill reference, or written confirmation. Submitting an online enquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a date.

Venue Use and Capacity

Venues must be used strictly for the purpose stated during booking. Illegal activities, unauthorized sub-leasing, overcrowding, exceeding venue capacity limits, nuisance, or violation of venue rules is prohibited. The client is responsible for guest conduct and vendor conduct during the event.

Property Damage

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the venue premises, fixtures, furniture, decor, equipment, electricals, landscaping, or any AMC Group property during the event or setup period.

Tariff and Payment Terms

All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, including GST where applicable. Full payment for any booking must be cleared before the event date according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract, invoice, or written booking communication.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

All payments made to AMC Group and Hospitality, including advance booking deposits, partial payments, and full payments, are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed or a payment receipt or bill is generated. Rescheduling may be considered only as described in our Refund Policy and remains subject to venue availability and management approval.

Third-Party Vendors

Where external decorators, caterers, photographers, sound providers, artists, or other vendors are involved, the client is responsible for ensuring that such vendors follow venue rules, safety requirements, permissions, and timing restrictions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, venue photos, trademarks, graphics, layout, and design elements, is the intellectual property of AMC Group and Hospitality or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AMC Group and Hospitality shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website usage, enquiry delays, power supply interruptions beyond venue control, third-party service delays, vendor failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of bookings, services, payments, cancellations, venue use, or website usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
